“I’ll Woo My Valentine’s Crush Just Like A 90’s Movie,” Says Guy About To Make Massive Mistake

AROUND TOWN — Millennial, Randy Buttons, was overheard around town saying he was about to woo his crush for Valentine’s Day like a 90’s movie; by tossing a pebble at her window and climbing up a ladder to confess his undying love for her while blaring a boombox.

“That’ll win her over, I’m positive,” said Randy who unfortunately seemed to have taken all of his dating advice from 90’s scripted shows like Boy Meets World, Clarissa Explains It All and Dawson's Creek.

“I'll probably throw a ladder up around midnight and climb on up, after throwing the pebble at her window of course to get her attention,” he told his friends completely oblivious as to the massive mistake he was about to make.

Friends commented on his plan calling it "dated" saying "Randy, you should probably just send a text asking her out."

"Nonsense!" said Randy as he donned a fedora and picked out suspenders to match in the style of a 90's sitcom love interest.

Later that evening, Randy was seen getting plucked off his ladder at midnight by authorities for trespassing at his crush's house, right after he tossed a pebble at her window, immediately blowing any and all chance he had with his love interest.
